Our Founder
Helen began her aromatherapy journey in 2006, gaining extensive hands-on and clinical experience in essential oil blending, massage and therapeutic care.
Through Sunflower Aromatherapy Academy, she shares her practical knowledge, helping students apply aromatherapy confidently in everyday life.
